Run Down of A Most Curious Wedding Fair 2020
getting the email
OHHHH MYYYY GUSHHHHHH!! What an epic weekend!
So many creatives, so much inspiration, just so awesome!
Let’s take it back a bit. Last year I had decided I was going to apply for A Most Curious Wedding Fair and I was darn surprised when I got the email to say I was in! After having two baby boys, and taking a step back from work to guide them in this world for the last three years, it was time to re-connect and get my mindset to a place of focus and back to what I set out for CuriousMe.
Sooo after getting the email, the creating, wood sawing, and stand making begun.
MAXimalism
This years Fair was about maximalism, floral and pattern clash-ing. I think it’s one of my favourite themes the show has put together. The colours, the florals the max of it all!
The mastermind behind it all! Becky Hoh-Hale! She is one bad ass cool chick! I have a few stylists and creatives that I love and Becky is one. Here’s some of the boards she put together for inspiration of the fair. She has a brilliant team behind her Sarah Brennan AKA the lovely Cat, Ellie Kime AKA The Wedding Enthusiast, Luke-Ewart Reene, Vicky, Velvet Johnstone, Ann Marie Faulkner, and Amanda Wayne and a whole bunch of others that brought the magic.
From this, I built my stand! Now that was a mission (and probably needs a whole other blog post), but I made my stand and I was ready!
I was so excited I didn’t manage to take a lot of photos, but here’s a few I took below, and also some photos from other great photographers.
