GENERAL

WHAT IS CUSTOM STATIONERY?

These are pieces that are specially made for you and your big day. They are one-of-a-kind pieces created using your venues, personalities and your style and vibe. It’s stationery that is unique to you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE CREATED AND SHIPPED?

Custom pieces take various lengths of time and all depends on the illustration, printing method used and the pieces you'd like to have. Generally custom Save the Dates usually ships between 1 - 2 weeks. Other custom stationery pieces such as; Invitation suite usually ships between 4 - 5 weeks from the start date of your order. If your event is coming up and you’d like something quite urgent, don’t hesitate to get in contact I’m usually able to work to tight deadlines.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PIECES?

Orders are either shipped tracked and signed for via DHL // or // hand-delivered, if you're in London over some congratulatory cake! Shipping times are between 1-3 days. In some cases they may take longer and are dependent on your country of residence. I always advise before orders are placed, so don’t hesitate to get in touch. Also, if your order is urgent please let me know.

HOW CAN I PAY?

Payments are split into 2/3 sections throughout the process. There are a few different payment methods available; either via BACS, or for our international clients I accept card and PayPal payments via my Etsy store for safe and secure transactions.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY?

If you cancel your custom order and work has already commenced, deposit payments are non-refundable.

All custom orders are unique to you and your event. Once you approve the final pieces, these cannot be returned.

DO YOU WORK WITH INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS?

Yes, I most definitely do! I've worked with many international couples and have had the pleasure of creating pieces for couples in Australia, USA, Canada, France, Italy, Mexico, England, Ireland and Scotland and I love working worldwide! For more details get in contact.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

There isn’t a minimum number you need to order. If you’d like to order 1 printed and custom made piece of stationery, that is absolutely fine.

WHAT’S THE PROCESS?

Once you've got in contact for your custom stationery order, I'll arrange to meet over FaceTime / Skype, or in a coffee shop, and discuss your stationery further. I’ll also show you some of the recent pieces I’ve created.

I’ll then require all the information you’d like to go into your stationery. From here I’d create 1 - 3 sketch designs. Once you’re happy with the direction, I’ll create a proof of your stationery that you’d be sent via email.

Once you approve the proof, I’ll send your custom order to be printed, cut and safely packed. I will then notify you when it's on it's way to you.

I take on various custom design and illustration commissions from; art pieces to don the walls of a special home, stationery for styled shoots, to illustrating & painting walls and window displays for events. MATERIALS & QUALITY

WHAT PAPER STOCKS DO YOU OFFER?

I offer a wide range of paper stocks to choose from and provide the best recommendation for your custom design. They range from specially handmade to solid colour and beautifully textured pieces.

All my papers are fully recyclable, biodegradable and FSC certificated from responsibly managed forests. I carefully select paper from various paper mills in the UK. Our paper off-cuts are either re-used or recycled for packing and other studio uses.

HOW IS YOUR STATIONERY PRINTED?

I offer a variety of printing methods including; professional digital printing, ink pressed, hot foil letterpress, screen printing and letterpress printing. The more traditional hand printed techniques may cost more, and would take slightly longer to create as they are printed individually for their special quality. Get in touch for more details.
