How long does it take for my order to be created and shipped?

Custom pieces take various lengths of time and all depends on the illustration, printing method used and the pieces you'd like to have. For more information, get in touch.

How will I receive my pieces?

Orders are either shipped tracked and recorded via Royal Mail or Parcelforce // or // hand delivered if you're in London over some congratulatory cake! Shipping times are dependent on your country of residence and may take slightly longer. If your order is urgent please let me know.

How can I pay?

There are a few different payment methods available; via BACS (UK only), for our international friends we accept card and PayPal payments via our Etsy store for safe and secure transactions.

What is your refund and return policy?

If your custom order is cancelled, any payments which have been made are non-refundable.

As all custom pieces are unique to you, orders cannot be accepted for return.

Once you approve the final pieces, you accept responsibility for checking all the written information. If errors are found after the approval stage, this would be an extra charge for a reprint.

Custom Design

Do you work with international clients?

Yes, we most definitely do! We've worked with many international couples and have had the pleasure of creating pieces for couples in Australia, America, France, Italy, England, Ireland and Scotland and love working worldwide!

Are you available for commissions, shoots and special custom pieces?

Yes we are! We take on various custom design and illustratation commissions from; creating pieces for styled shoots, special gift pieces to don the walls of a home and many more. Please email us about your project to and we'll get back to you.

How does it work?

Once you've got in contact for your custom stationery order we'll arrange to meet over skype, or in a coffee shop, and discuss your stationery further. I'll then go away and begin the design process. You will be sent a proof of your order via email. Once you approve the proof, we will send your custom order to be printed, cut and packed and I will notify you when it's on it's way to you.

Materials & Quality

What paper stocks do you offer?

We offer a wide range of paper stocks to choose from and provide the best recommendation for your custom design. They range from specially handmade to solid colour and beautiful textured pieces.

All our papers are fully recyclable, biodegradable and FSC certificated. We carefully select our paper from various paper mills in the UK. Our paper off-cuts are either re-used or recycled for packing and other studio uses.

How is your stationery printed?

We offer a variety of printing methods including; professional digital, ink pressed, foil, screen and letterpress printing. The more traditional hand printed techniques may cost more, and would take slightly longer to create as they are printed individually for their special quality.
